Greetings from Yarn Cravin’
When the school year ends and outside activities increase, remember to take some time out for yourself to knit and crochet! It is proven that the repetitive action of our craft can induce a relaxed state much the same as yoga or meditation. It can also lower your heart rate, blood pressure and reduce harmful blood levels of the stress hormone cortisol. So don’t pack away your needles, hooks and yarn for the summer, but keep them clicking!
We have many great opportunities to offer that will keep your summer knitting in full swing.
Check out our newest class schedule on our website or stop in for a list.
We are in the planning stages for another great Claudia Yarn KAL to start in August. Stop by to check my progress, sign up and look at colors.
